The centre has a well-equipped therapeutic gymnasium, a range of electrotherapy equipment, a broad selection of informative literature available to patients covering a variety of conditions. All our staffs are specialised in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and machine placement and our chief physiotherapist will provide you comprehensive assessment, treatment and future prevention advice for a variety of conditions .
THERAPEUTIC GYMNASIUM
The well-equipped Therapeutic gymnasium contains a wide selection of exercise therapy equipment including static exercise cycle, quadriceps/hamstring exerciser, finger & hand table, shoulder wheel, ankle exerciser, pedo-cycle, all in one exercise chair, free weights and cuffs, treadmill, stepper, twister, arm exerciser, therabands, gym ball, rowing machine, parallel bars and adequate floor space for late stage rehabilitation. These excellent facilities enable our physiotherapists to provide the optimal one-to-one rehabilitation environment for our patients.
REHABILITATION
Rehabilitation session helps in providing exercise programmes for patients suffering a variety of painful conditions such as: rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, post-fracture dysfunction and post-operative disability. Patients undergo individual assessment to formulate an exercise plan of specific exercises using electrotherapy, exercise therapy, mobilization, manual therapy, warmth therapy , to increase range of movement, improve strength and decrease pain. Rehabilitation is usually concluded by a follow-up land based review prior to discharge.
